Where is the event?

The event will take place at Cloud 9, located at: Port Pierre Canto, 1 Bd de la Croisette, 06400 Cannes, France

What time does the event start and end?

Doors open at 6:30 PM, and the event will close by 9:45 PM.

Is the venue accessible?

Please note that the venue does not have lift access and is accessible by stairs only. If you have any accessibility questions or concerns, please contact us in advance at sunsettosound@spotify.com.

Can I attend the Wednesday Night Concert at Spotify Beach?

Yes. All dinner guests are invited to join us for the Wednesday Night Concert at Spotify Beach, with fast-track entry included. Please note that concert access is only available to guests who attend the Wednesday dinner with us and cannot be used separately. We recommend using the shuttle service to the concert to ensure the smoothest entry (details further down). Please note, we can't guarantee entry if you choose to get your own transport to the Spotify Beach concert. For all details on the Spotify Beach concert, please refer to the info page here.

Will there be a cloakroom?

Unfortunately, there is no cloakroom or facility to store guest possessions on site.

What is the dress code?

The dress code is cocktail. The event is outdoors, so please be mindful of the Cannes summer sun.

Can I bring a +1 or transfer my invitation?

Invitations are strictly non-transferable, and we’re unable to accommodate plus-ones.

Will there be content capture at the event?

Yes. This event will be filmed and photographed. By attending, you understand that your likeness may appear in footage and photos that may be shared on Spotify-owned channels.

We understand that plans may change. If you can no longer attend, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing sunsettosound@spotify.com.

How can I get there and back?

Spotify will provide a shuttle service from outside the JW Marriott Hotel to Cloud 9. Shuttles will be available from 6:00 PM, with the last shuttle leaving at 6:30 PM. A Spotify team will be on hand to welcome you and direct you to the shuttles. They will be clearly located outside the hotel with Sunset to Sound branding. You will be asked to share your full name on arrival to check-in to the event. The JW Marriott address is: 50 Boulevard de la Croisette, 06400 Cannes, France. You are also welcome to arrange your own transportation if preferred. We recommend dedicated drop-off and pick-up, as there is no parking available on-site or nearby.

A shuttle service will also be provided from Cloud 9 to the Spotify Beach for the concert from 9:15 PM. We recommend using the shuttle service to the concert to ensure the smoothest entry. Please know, we cannot guarantee entry if you choose to get your own transport to the Spotify Beach concert.
